The artist was born
in the college town of Tuscaloosa, Alabama in 1957. She lived and worked in New York from 1985 through the summer of
2001, having previously resided in Houston, Philadelphia, and areas of Virginia
and Tennessee. As a change of pace the
artist has recently relocated outside of Richmond, Virginia. Her current studio is in Chester, Virginia.
